Neathery Estate Historic Hotel

Celebrated our anniversary at Neathery Estate B&B this weekend and highly recommend leaving the world behind to enjoy tranquility, serenity and the service with the attention to details most hotels can’t come close to! We stayed in Alexander Suite and could have spent entire day inside or on the property! Can’t wait to stay again!

The **Neathery Bed and Breakfast** is a beautifully preserved retreat that feels like a step back in time. I stayed in the **Alexander Suite**, a quiet, cozy space with a built-in library—perfect for unwinding. The entire property is filled with vintage charm, from the elegant sitting rooms to the sunlit garden and porch. It’s a peaceful, home-like escape that feels more like visiting family than staying in a hotel.

The Neatherly Estate met all of my expectations! The energy is warm, welcoming and happy. The Alexander Suite was charming and spacious. The pool is inviting and private. Enjoyed sitting on the back porch with my daughter in law & a bottle of Moet Champagne! Tiffany is a wonderful hostess. I will be back! Sincerely, Nadine

Neathery Estate Bed & Breakfast is THE place to stay when visiting McKinney. The charming home is perfectly situated in the idyllic neighborhood just a few blocks from the historical district. You are instantaneously met with welcome and comfort when entering. The care, love, and attention is evident along every inch of each room. We stayed in The Elissa Suite and the accommodations could not have been more beautiful. The owner and host, Tiffany, always greets you with warmth and a smile. She has put her heart into creating the best experience, from the impeccable decor to the delectable breakfast. Our first stay at Neathery has guaranteed many future visits. We stayed here after our wedding at a nearby venue. There was champagne waiting for us, roses in our room and the overnigth stay was amazing. The softest sheets I've ever slept on and we had an amazing nights sleep. In the morning, she brought the most delicious breakfast to our room and we had the perfect breakfast and coffee/ Highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again. So cute and charming!

This is a wonderful place to stay. Tiffany is friendly and helpful and wants your stay to be amazing. The Alexander Suite has the most comfortable bed; we slept till 8, which we never do. The pool is so nice, and the breakfast is delicious. The other guests were great to have breakfast with. Great conversations. We always enjoy our stay here and can’t wait to come back.

This is where my husband and I go often! It’s is a beautiful property and ALL the rooms are so beautifully done. Each room has its own unique touch and the beds are so comfortable! The breakfast is always such a nice surprise and always delicious. The pool is our favorite we can spend the whole day just hanging out by the pool relaxing and floating in the water! Last but not least the owner is a Jewel!! We love her! She has so much information about the area and she treats us like family!

Our Weekend Getaway to McKinney, Texas was great. Hats off to the City for blending the new with the old, all while keeping your local flavor. Our visit was made even more memorable with a stay at the Neathery Estate Bed and Breakfast. Warm, personal touches throughout this historic home were beautiful and interesting. The Owner provided us with exceptional service, giving us more than just a place to stay for the night. Always with a smile, she was the perfect host, taking the time to make sure we were comfy, well fed, and well taken care of. A McKinney local too, she was an expert in all things McKinney, providing recommendations and suggestions tailored to our interest, making our visit unforgettable.
